DESCRIPTION MFC - 500 is a metal free anti-seize paste based on a combination of micro fine molybdenum disulphide, specially processed graphite and heat resistant inorganic low friction secondary boundary film lubricants in an aluminium complex soap based grease along with additives to prevent degradation from oxidation, rust and corrosion. MFC - 800 is a premium grade metal free compound formulated specially for use on tool joints and drill collars in the oil field industry. MFC - 800 is formulated with pure amorphous synthetic graphite along with high performance minerals and polymeric materials blended in a high drop point, water resistant grease and is particularly suitable for use under adverse operating conditions. APPLICATIONS  MFC - 500: As a low friction running-in, metal priming paste for all new or rebuilt mechanical equipment such as gears, sliding bearings, slide ways, joints, sleeves, splines, cams, journal bearings. For use in the oilfield industry as a tool joint and drill collar compound for preventing seizure, galling and ensure easy breakout for all drill collars, drill pipes, tubing’s and casings.  MFC – 800: As a lubrication of all sliding metal surfaces to reduce wear, friction and prevent cold welding of surfaces such as for shafts, bushes, splined shafts, pumps, valves, threaded spindles.  As an antifriction and anti-wear lubricant for heavily loaded surfaces under slow sliding speeds for preventing cold welding of sliding surfaces under heavy loads.  

DESCRIPTION COPAZ-B2 ANTI-SEIZE Compound is a copper based anti-seize paste reinforced with graphite and molybdenum disulphide to further enhance its performance particularly in applications where conventional copper based anti-seize products may fail to perform. COPAZ-B2 ANTI-SEIZE greases contain small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads. COPAZ-B2 ANTI-SEIZE is a superior, anti- seize and extreme pressure lubricant formulated to protect metal parts against rust, corrosion and seizure. Fine metallic and graphite particles in special grease protect parts even in high heat, high pressure and corrosive environments. FEATURES AND BENEFITS  It has an operating temperature resistance of -20°C to +1200°C.  Keep parts working longer with less wear and protects against carbon fusion.  Minimizes parts replacement costs  Enables faster disassembly when repairs are needed—even after exposure to high temperatures.  Resists alkaline solutions, most chemical and acid vapors, road salt, steam, salt water, iodized water and Prevents galling on steel to stainless steel. APPLICATION  Suitable for bolted joints that are subjected to high temperatures up to 1200°C (1900°F) and to corrosive effects, and which, after assembling and the initial operation, have to be re-tightened or disconnected. In order to ensure constant pre-stressing forces, uniform and steady coefficients of friction of the lubricant are necessary. Used successfully for cylinder head bolts, nozzle head screws of plastic, Furnaces, Exhaust system, Dockside and Oil rig applications.  Injection molding machines, bolted joints in the chemical industry, tension rings of centrifuges.
