DESCRIPTION SYNTH POLYTHERM-2 150 WT is synthetic grease formulated with advanced technology contains Polyurea thickener blended with high quality synthetic base oil PAO (PolyAlphaOlefin) for structural stability and resistance to withstand water for better high load carrying. It contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additives with special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads. It antioxidants, anti-corrosion and special EP additives along with compatible friction modifier to deliver outstanding performance in severe application areas like Yaw, Pitch & Generator bearings of Wind Turbines, Steel, Paper & etc. All of this turn reduces maintenance cost and extend the life of equipment and friction elements avoiding seizure & expensive repairs. It is specially developed for application areas where medium & high speed applications working under low & high temperatures at highly stressed anti-friction bearings & rollers bearings operating under water contact or presence is there and gives outstanding performance specially in Wind Turbine bearings. PAO based synthetic greases are composed of 100% synthetic base oil which provides longer lubrication. APPLICATIONS  SYNTH POLYTHERM-2 150 WT meets specifications of wind turbines Yaw, Pitch & Generator bearings in Wind turbines, Electric motors bearings especially for high output (horse power): Small & medium, high load electric motors, high temperature water pump bearings, sealed for life bearing.  Recommended application temperature range for continuous operation is from -40°C to 160°C.  Antifriction bearings operating at high speed & high temperature (10,000 rpm & greater)  Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use an automatic centralized & Individualized pneumatic pump system, cartridges or grease dispensers.
