Stop Rust Anti Corrosion Chemical:

Features:

  • It protects metal components from corrosion by sealing out water and moisture and eliminates the need for chrome plating, wax dipping or lacquering
  • It is effective for indoor storage of bare metal parts in Iron, Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass and Magnesium

Area Coverage:

  • Approx. 1300-1400 sq.ft per liter

Coating Thickness:

  • Micron. Under dry and dust free condition (indoor) coating will last for 1 year
  • Normal outdoor in dusty conditions it may last for 6 months

Direction To Use:

  • Stop rust may be applied using a brush or mop or by dipping or spraying depending on the size and nature of the material to be protected
  • Completely cover the surface during application
  • Allow Stop Rust to dry 20 to 30 minutes before packing / storing the parts or material
  • For most effective and economical – adopt spray application

Dilution: 1:4 parts of water area
Coverage: Under normal circumstance metaletch at 1:4 dilution gives a coverage of 20 sq. ft per liter. Thin rusty layer and flash rusting surfaces it coverage 80 sq. ft to 100 sq. ft per litre.
