DESCRIPTION: SYNTH ALX OG-00 HD is a premium heavy duty & high temperature synthetic grease for very high powered medium to large size with low speed gear drive to large girth gear drives tooth flanks, rotary mills & kilns. It is formulated with extreme pressure, anti-wear additives package and high film strength cylinder synthetic base oil with powerful balanced blend of aluminum-complex with special white solid lubricants in a heavy duty application provides thicker and stronger film stability. SYNTH ALX OG-00 HD gives high protection by minimizing metal-to-metal contact and reduces friction, wear at minimal consumption. It contains small dosage of special synthetic polymers, synthetic (PAO) ester additives with special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection, vibrations & heavy shock loads in gear tooth flanks. All of this turn reduces maintenance cost and extend the life of equipment and friction elements avoiding seizure & expensive repairs. This product has been developed to withstand extremely heavy load, slow moving, large open gear drives operating in very hostile environments. High solid content and aluminum-complex thickener it will not slide down the shank of the tool during its operation. APPLICATIONS  SYNTH ALX OG-00 HD has been designed to lubricate: Grinding Mills, Kilns, Shovels, Draglines, Calciners, Journal, Roller & Sleeve bearings, Transmission brasses, gear tooth flanks, Crown wheels, Transmissions open gears & Crystallizer transmission gears & Rotating dryer gears.  Application Industry: Sugar, Steel, Paper, Mining, Cement, Chemical, Marine & Offshore.  SYNTH ALX OG-00 HD can be applied by high pressure spray systems, immersion, transfer paddle wheel, pressure fed circulation and total loss spray lubrication systems. It is suggested for heavy duty gear drives working at low speeds.

Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying.
