DESCRIPTION: SPECIAL HD EP CRUSHER is high performance grease for quarry & mining industry. It is specially developed with special high quality synergistic mineral base oil, special tailor-made modified lithium soap thickener, high dosage of advanced special EP additive, anti-rust, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors to provide good surface adhesion properties for plain & anti-friction bearings and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, heavy vibration & high shock load to provide high mechanical & chemical stability for stone crusher industry. Its unique technology of higher dropping point gives exceptional stability under thermal stress. These grease have excellent shear & oxidation stability, excellent surface adhesive property to protect bearings high loads and vibratory conditions, resistance to water washout & rust-corrosion protection. Recommended for pulverizes crushers, Jaws & VSI in Stone Crusher (Quarry), Sugar Industry & other crushing equipment. APPLICATIONS  Recommended for applications where continuous high temperatures or intermittent very high temperatures are experienced. The maximum usable temperature for Hi-Temp Grease for extended service is 140°C to 160°C.Wide operating temperature range: -20°C to +160°C.  Applications for Jaws & VSI in Stone Crusher (Quarry), Pulverizes Crushers, Sugar Industry and various other crushing equipment used in ambient temperature applications such as roll neck bearings. 

DESCRIPTION: PD Unirax N-3 grease is formulated with lithium-complex thickener designed with premium viscosity synergistic base oils to stand with water provide a heavier oil film for applications with excessive loading at slow and high speed & high temperature PD Unirax N-3 grease contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive with antioxidants, anti-corrosion, rust inhibitors and special EP additive. It possesses resistance to water washing and provides effective protection against rust and corrosion for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals for extreme pressures, vibration, shock loads, wide temperature range and components that are prone to fretting corrosion.
